Leadership DP for VST Tillers Tractors 3 January to 20 June 2024

Senior Leadership Executives from VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. concluded the final phase of their Leadership Development Programme with a self-reflective session guided by the Programme Directors Dr. Gopal Mahapatra and Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, on 20 June 2024.

The participants discussed and shared their key takeaways from the six-month Custom Programme, worked on their business strategy by validating the SMART goals and formulated their future action plans.

The discussions were followed by the valedictory ceremony, during which the participants were congratulated and presented their certificates by the Programme Directors.
