The Management Programme for Entrepreneurs and Family Owned Businesses (MPEFB) is suitable for entrepreneurs and family business owners to enhance business management skills, implement latest technological, digital and strategic initiatives, and to create sustainable and future-ready businesses. The programme is intended to impart an essential set of managerial skills to successfully carry out businesses in a fast-changing business environment.
Participants learn how to build successful ventures, develop business strategies to scale and adopt best practices to ensure transgenerational continuity of family businesses.
