Venture Spotlight: Viability, scale and moving forward for women founders

As part of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women, NSRCEL hosted ‘Venture Spotlight’ featuring 30 ventures across food & beverage, manufacturing, textile & apparel, health & wellness, financial services, education & edtech, and media & entertainment.

From supply chain-led manufacturing models and D2C food brands to preventive health solutions, fintech access plays, and content-driven platforms – this was a cross-section of how women founders are building across India’s real economy.

Joining the showcase were more than 60 attendees from across the IIM Bangalore ecosystem, along with Smita Modi, Vice President, Office of Corporate Engagement, Goldman Sachs, and Ritu Farsaiya, Associate, Goldman Sachs. The showcase became a space for real conversations – on viability, scale and what it takes to move towards further growth.
