Leadership Programme for Wipro Senior Delivery Managers
In today’s business world, a common question is: What does it take to move from delivering on client expectations to shaping the future of a business? For enterprise delivery leaders, the answer lies in looking beyond operational excellence to embrace strategic thinking, customer centricity and innovation.
Recognizing this shift, IIM Bangalore and Wipro collaborated on the Advanced Programme for Enterprise Delivery Leadership, a multi-phase executive education initiative designed to strengthen the leadership capabilities required to manage large, strategic accounts.
Launched on 22nd April 2026, the three-month hybrid programme brought together 20 senior leaders, including Account Delivery Heads (ADHs) and Client Delivery Heads (CDHs), nominated and vetted by Wipro’s Global Business Leadership and Account Owners.
Under the academic leadership of Programme Director Dr. G. Shainesh, Chairperson, Digital Learning and faculty of the Marketing area of IIMB, participants explored competitive strategy, customer centricity, financial decision-making, innovation and design thinking, data analytics and AI strategy, and leadership, influence and change management.
The programme culminated in a valedictory ceremony on 7th September 2026, attended by Sanjeev Jain, COO, Wipro; Nanda Kishore, CDOE, Wipro; Dr. G. Shainesh, Programme Director, and Dr. Sushanta Kumar Mishra, Chairperson, Executive Education Programmes and faculty of the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area of IIMB.
Selected capstone project presentations showcased how participants translated their learning into practical solutions for real-world business challenges.
