Leadership Development Programme for Senior Officers of Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
IIMB Executive Education has delivered a three-day Custom Programme for SEBI.
The target audience include senior officers of ranks EDs, Chief General Managers and GMs, who have around 18 to 25 years of work experience, from various domains like investigations, surveillance, law enforcement, investor protection, supervision, policy making, etc.
The programme is designed to help in developing and honing the senior officials’ abilities to take on organizational complexities and perform efficiently in headship roles. The programme had a total of 75 participants.
The programme enabled the participants to develop their skills and capabilities to maintain their organizations’ high-performance standard, to build effective teams, enculturating and engaging with the new generation. The programme themes included tools to deal with workplace conflicts, managing relationships, encouraging team leadership and behavioral decision making.
The programme was designed and led by Dr. Apurva Sanaria (Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management, IIMB).
