Programme on Capital Markets and Risk Management – Batch 2
The course on Capital Markets and Risk Management (CMRM) provides a framework to build effective decision-making skills based on sound financial knowledge, understand the innovations in financial markets, pricing and valuation of financial products, manage day-to-day operational issues, read the underlying stories in financial data, and get a deep perspective into the technological advances in financial services.
On attending and completing the requirements of the programme, the participant will:
- Gain in-depth understanding of the four pillars of finance: Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investments and Capital Markets
- Learn how to solve computational problems in Excel and R using a personal laptop as well as a cluster
- Learn how to download and analyze data from Bloomberg and NSMART
- Be equipped to take up examinations such as SEBI registered Investment Advisor as well as CFA Level 1 and CFA Level 2
