Inauguration of custom Leadership Development Programme for VOLTAS

Regional Business Heads of Voltas Limited, with 20-25 years of work experience, and Heads of Product, Accessory Sales, Service, and Post Spinning attended a custom five-day Executive Education Programme at IIM Bangalore.

Designed to strengthen transformational leadership and business strategy principles in the participants, the programme also focused on financial acumen, customer centricity and business excellence. Narendran Nair, CHRO, Voltas Ltd., addressed the cohort on the importance of the programme, capacity building of the senior management and future challenges of the market. The programme was designed and led by Dr. G Shainesh, faculty in the Marketing area at IIM Bangalore.
