Inauguration of Management Development Programme (MDP) for Mid and Senior Level Officers of Government of NCT of Delhi

The Directorate of Training, also known as the Directorate of Union Territories Civil Services (UTCS)], New Delhi, is an apex-training centre, originally established by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. Its main responsibility is to provide foundation trainings, induction trainings and mid-career trainings to the officers of the Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD) and its local/autonomous bodies and corporations. UTCS reached out to IIMB to design and deliver a five-day capacity building programme in Decision Sciences for a cohort of 35 IAS and DANICS officers with 15-20 years of service seniority. The programme was designed and led by Dr. U Dinesh Kumar, Faculty in the Decision Sciences area, and Dr. Rahul Dé, faculty in the Information Systems area at IIMB.
