Technology Leadership Programme for Ashok Leyland 10 June to 17 July 2024

The Technology Leadership Development Programme for Ashok Leyland was inaugurated on 10 June 2024, by Ashok Leyland President & CHRO Raja Radhakrishnan, Venkatraman K, General Manager – HR and IIMB Director Dr. Rishikesha T Krishnan, who set the context for the programme.

The Programme Directors are Dr. Abhoy K Ojha and Dr. Nishant Kumar Verma.

The programme aims to equip participants with competencies and knowledge for their demanding roles; helps them reflect on their individual strengths as managers; helps them identify and focus on the kind of behavior that is expected from them and guides them in taking up technology leadership roles in the near future.

The programme covers themes such as financial acumen, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Strategic Thinking and Leadership.

Participants include Senior Managers and AGMs who are Project Leads involved in the design and development of new products. They are involved in the complete value chain – from interacting with vendors and supply chain partners to the launch of the product as well as after-launch corrections.

The programme duration is six days, delivered in two phases of three days each, at the IIMB campus over a period of two months.
