IIMB launches 4th batch of Women Leadership Development Programme for JSW

The 4th batch of the Women Leadership Development Programme (Springboard) for JSW was inaugurated by IIMB on 21st April 2025. The cohort includes 30 high-potential women leaders nominated by the JSW Group, reflecting the organization’s commitment to nurturing inclusive leadership.

This flagship initiative is designed to bridge leadership and skill gaps identified during the Assessment and Development Centre (ADC) sessions, while building on the participants’ unique strengths. The programme offers a comprehensive journey through key leadership and management principles, creating a powerful platform for high-potential women leaders to prepare themselves for future roles.

A highlight of the pedagogy is the Action Learning Project, enabling participants to apply their learnings to real-world business challenges – with active sponsorship and mentorship from JSW leaders. This initiative marks yet another milestone in JSW’s journey toward building a diverse and empowered leadership pipeline.

The programme spans 10 days, delivered in four phases over four months, and is directed by Dr. Gopal Mahapatra, Chairperson and faculty, Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management, and Dr. Haritha Saranga, Chairperson, Sustainability Taskforce and faculty, Production & Operations Management.
