Leadership Development Programme for Carl Zeiss launched
The Leadership Development Programme for Carl Zeiss was inaugurated by IIMB on 3rd April 2025. Designed to support participants from being domain experts to evolving into strategic, outcome-driven and ethical leaders, the programme aims to equip them with leadership capabilities that sustain competitive advantage and drive value creation. The programme is led by Dr. Rejie George Pallathitta, Chairperson and faculty of the Strategy area of IIMB and Dr. Sushanta Kumar Mishra, Chairperson of Research & Publications, Centre for Teaching & Learning and C-DOCTA, Editor-in-Chief of IIMB Management Review, and faculty of the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area of IIMB.
Participants of the programme include Business Unit Heads from diverse verticals such as Sales, Service, IT, Finance, SCM, HR, IT R&D and Production, who manage a wide range of stakeholders such as Board Members, MDs, C-suite Executives, cross-functional teams, reportees, clients, and vendors.
The programme focuses on three core competencies: Strategic, Functional and People, and is delivered over six days in three phases across a span of three months.
The inauguration saw the presence of senior leaders including Ashish Kumar Modi, Head of Centre for Application Research India and Amarjeet Singh Tak, Head of Research Microscopy Solutions, who set the context of the programme.
