Valedictory of the Management Development Programme for Hero Motors Ltd

The five-day custom programme was designed and led by Dr. Sai Yayavaram (Strategy). Twenty-five Business Unit heads and Functional heads, with over 15 years of work experience, participated in the programme which enabled them to strengthen fundamental leadership and global business strategy principles. It helped them pursue expansion, particularly in international markets, and align with the company’s goals to ensure profitable growth. Leadership Development, Global Strategy, and Strategic Marketing were among the key themes of the programme.
