Programme for Salesforce
IIMB welcomed the second cohort from Salesforce to the Strategic Leadership programme for Engineering Leadership on 9th December. Ramesh Ragineni, Executive Vice President of Engineering at Salesforce, set the tone and context for the program.
The six–day programme, designed and delivered by Dr. Srivardhini Jha and Dr. Mukta Kulkarni, is aimed at equipping senior leaders with the skills to thrive in strategic leadership roles. It emphasizes fostering “big-picture thinking”, empowering participants to integrate strategy, structure, and people.
The participants included senior engineering leaders from Salesforce in the Industries vertical – one of Salesforce’s fastest-growing divisions. These leaders are responsible for driving both strategic and operational growth in a rapidly scaling business environment.
