Inauguration of Partner Development Programme for K&S
The three-day programme was inaugurated on 21st September 2023. Designed for internal succession planning, it aimed at preparing officers for key leadership roles by helping them develop financial acumen, leadership, strategic thinking, innovation, critical thinking, customer centricity, and team capability.
Dr. Debolina Dutta, faculty in the OBHRM area at IIMB, Anupam Trivedi, SK Srihari and Ashish Chang Marbaniang – Equity Partners (K&S Partners), addressed the participants.
