IIMB launches Leadership Development Programme for AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd

IIM Bangalore has launched a Leadership Development Programme for AstraZeneca leaders of the Global Innovation & Technology Centre (GITC) in Chennai. This flagship initiative from the India Talent & Development team is tailored specifically for GITC Chennai, incorporating strategic inputs from the organization’s leadership.

The five-day on-campus programme functioned as a reflective academic retreat, enabling participants to step back, reassess and embrace both unlearning and relearning. Engaging sessions led by Dr. Vasanthi Srinivasan, Dean, Alumni Relations & Development and faculty of the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area of IIMB, along with other distinguished faculty of the Institute, provided a broader enterprise outlook and essential leadership insights, empowering participants to take their next big step forward.
