Strategic Leadership Development Programme for Jindal Stainless Ltd

Jindal Stainless Ltd has collaborated with Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) to deliver a custom Strategic Leadership Development Programme designed to enhance strategic thinking, business acumen and decision-making among its senior professionals. The cohort, comprising participants from diverse functional areas, will engage in sessions facilitated by IIMB faculty.

The curriculum, developed by Programme Directors Dr. Mukta Kulkarni, Dean, Programmes, Chairperson, Office of International Affairs, and faculty of the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area of IIMB, and Dr. Deepak Chandrashekar of the Strategy area, in partnership with the Institute, employs an interactive and experiential approach with a strong emphasis on real-world application. The programme aims to strengthen leadership depth in alignment with the organization’s growth aspirations and evolving global standards.
