Programme for Ecolab: Shaping Next-Gen Leaders for a Transforming Business Landscape
With organizations increasingly prioritizing leadership pipelines that can balance strategic foresight with execution excellence, Ecolab partnered with Indian Institute of Management Bangalore to design a future-focused leadership development journey.
Spanning 15 days in a hybrid format, the programme targeted high-potential employees identified as critical to Ecolab’s long-term leadership bench. The curriculum seamlessly integrated financial acumen, strategic thinking and digital innovation with leadership excellence – ensuring participants build both business depth and enterprise perspective.
Led by Dr. Sushanta Kumar Mishra, Chairperson of Executive Education Programmes, Research & Publications, C-DOCTA and the Centre for Teaching & Learning, Editor-in-Chief of IIMB Management Review, and faculty of the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area, IIMB, Dr. Ashis Mishra, Chairperson, Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management and faculty of the Marketing area, IIMB, and Dr. Sai Chittaranjan Kalubandi of the Strategy area of IIMB, the programme also includes experiential learning through action learning projects anchored in real organizational challenges.
Senior leadership of Ecolab, including Ravi TS, Somya Chandra and Mansoor Ahmed, addressed the audience during the inauguration on 1st April 2026. As Ecolab invests in future-ready leaders, this initiative lays the foundation for sustained organizational agility and leadership depth.
