Leadership Development Programme for Jindal Steel: Transforming plant leaders to strategic leaders
The multi-phased Leadership Development Programme for senior plant leaders at Jindal Steel Ltd. concluded on 13th May 2026. The programme, designed to strengthen leadership capabilities required for driving operational excellence and strategic growth, was a journey of around six months. Anchored through Action Learning Projects (ALPs), participants applied programme insights to real business challenges, fostering accountability, strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration. The programme enabled leaders to enhance business acumen, optimize plant performance, develop high-performing teams and strengthen their ability to navigate broader social, environmental as well as stakeholder ecosystems critical to sustainable organizational success.
